主要功能：ntpshmmon - capture samples from gpsd or other ntpd refclock sources

说明：
该程序监视由 gpsd　更新的共享内存，可能还有其他 refclock 源，作为与 ntpd（网络时间协议守护程序）通信的一种方式。它以 ntpd 实例的方式读取这些内容。可以和ntpd同时运行，不会干扰ntpd的正常运行。
